Sending love and strength to those who knew Will best. I was on a team with Will at Yelp for a short time and I feel fortunate to have met him. He made such an impression on everyone and was a delight to be around. It´s hard to believe someone so full of life could be gone from ours.

Always loved spending time with Will & Jennie, seeing their babies, Franklin and Stella, growing.....they are family! Will will be sorely missed!

Will was always a bright spot in our lives. He was fast to lend a hand and his smile was a constant. He will be missed by so many. God truly does have another Angel.

Sending our heartfelt condolences and fervent prayers for the family during this tragic time. And to our sweet Mary Kathryn, know your CGTC family loves you.

Most people know Will as one of the most hilarious, Alabama-personified, and kindest folks ever. (All unquestionably true.) But for me, we generally had serious non-work conversations: relationships, the importance of family, being a father, and life. I shared with him my humanity; he did with his. Quite frankly, I never knew a Midwest city kid like myself would ever befriend a Southern dude who reminded me of a character from Talladega Nights.

He taught me a lot about prejudice, about how I needed to look at myself. He opened his home to me. Invited me for a crawfish boil. Offered me a place to rest my head. When our boss, Colleen Burns, passed, he always answered my calls if I needed to chat. We reconnected last August as my family moved from Dallas to New York City in Birmingham. (He insisted we do a selfie together, and I´m glad he did.) We chatted throughout the following months, and I wanted to see how I could help him find a new job to support his family. But the last time we spoke was in December. And I truly and deeply regret not being a better friend to keep up tabs with him. And I will live with that.

I love you, Will! Thank you for helping me grow as a man in so many ways. God speed.

Although I didn´t know Will, I knew and loved Mary Katherine and her mom. All of us in the choir at Mulberry Methodist church in macon want the family to know that we lift you up with our love and prayers!! Barbara Henley

Will was one of the nicest man I´ve had the pleasure of knowing. He was perfect in his role with Yelp. I´m sure he was welcomed by his ancestors. He will be missed.
