When I think of Uncle Bill, I think of Southern Hospitality ALWAYS with a smile. :) Did you know Uncle Bill put the word Hospitality in the South?? All of the fond memories I have visiting with my sisters and parents. Many times those also included Grandma Rose (God Bless), cousins and aunts/uncles would go to NC for a week over the summer. The Basiles always looked forward to visiting the Bradshaws. We always were guaranteed a fun time and most of all a nice BIG hearty breakfast. from all kinds of pancakes, and any type of eggs cooked and served to the way you wanted! Most of all the Bradshaws introduced my family to the country gravy with biscuits (with sausage of course!). This was my all-time favorite that Uncle Bill had me hooked on and always looked forward with having that. Anytime I would order from a menu in a NJ diner it was NEVER the same and the time couldnt eat it.
Uncle Bill would always put his magic touch on not only his cooking; he especially made sure you were ALWAYS smiling and happy!! Uncle Bill always made sure you had a smile on your face; although it was easy because somehow his smile and laugh was contagious. If you were a tough nugget to crack, Uncle Bill would do anything to have a person crack a smile into laughterwhether it was making a joke, saying something silly or if you were difficult the tickle monster would come out. LOL!!
And just when you thought you were safe.SPLASH!! Uncle Bill no doubt made throwing anyone in the pool, ocean, lake whatever it was look simple. You may be upset at first but when you seen Uncle Bills facesomehow it always turned to fun and laughterGood times was always to be had with Uncle Bill. Yes, we all had many fun times with Uncle Bill and will be cherished forever.
Aunt Nancy is very Blessed and my 2 cousins Tracey and Billy.very lucky to have such a dedicated spouse, father..and not just any father a very LOVING and Fun person we all love very much! God Bless you, Uncle Bill. May your soul rest in peace. We love you always. Roseann xoxoxo

Mr. B, what can I say. I loved him as if he was my own family. Anything I could do for him I would. I'm glad that he was able to be apart of my life. I was one of the lucky ones who knew him. My prayers go to the family as I know this is a hard time, but Mr. B fought a good fight. Rest easy now Mr. B I know your watching out for us. Love you.
