Bill was one of a kind and I was very fortunate to have know him we shared many laughs in my younger years on the Amex. God bless the Charlton family and may Bill rest in internal peace.

& Parent). Always made time to come to our HomeComing Sports Field Day and root on his boys' classmates & friends. His beautiful home was free reign to us (Matt's Classmates and Friends) and provided us with incredible memories on Woodland Road overviewing the Plainfield Country Club. So very sorry for your loss. Billy was a great person who achieved much in his life. I have great memories of him, Roberta and Aunt Agnes from my childhood.
