One of the rare, good guys who´s smile and vitality was infectious. For over 30 years he made us laugh when discussing taxes, when otherwise I would have been crying. Bill was the best! I miss him.

Time passes , but memories of you linger on. May they always be a comfort and a blessing to your family.

Time has not lessened the memories of my classmate Bill. He left a permanent and positive impression on me and I believe on anyone who knew him. His legacy lives through our memories of him and keeping him alive in our hearts. Hoping that knowing this assuages the sting of his loss to his family and closest friends.

I worked with Bill many years ago at a municipal accounting firm in Paramus. I just heard that Bill passed away and just wanted to express my condolences to his family. After all these years, I can still recall what a wonderful person he was; funny, smart and kind. I can only imagine what a tremendous loss it was and is for his family.

I just found out about Bill. I was very saddened by the news. I have such wonderful memories of bill being the accountant for Morris Plains country Day School. He was always with a smile and a joke and I just enjoyed him as a person. In my heart forever Love Deena gruskin

Bill was a very special person. He loved and cared about everyone. He will be missed. Condolences to all of his family.

I just found out today, 9/22/15, of Bill's passing and I want to send my condolences to all of his family. He was my classmate at Lakeland growing up and we had a great time at our last class reunion in 2013. RIP my friend. You will never be forgotten.

We are shocked and deeply saddened, having known Bill for over 30 years. We know everyone will miss his cheerful demeanor. Our condolences to the entire family.

As long time friends of Bill's parents, it is with a heavy heart that I give my condolences. He was their pride and joy and I feel their grief. No one should have to bury a child. My prayers are with your all.

I was deeply saddened to hear the news of Bill's passing. As a high school classmate, I remember Bill as always cheerful and helpful, and he was the same way at every class reunion I attended. My heart goes out to his wife, children, parents, family and friends, as a shining light has faded from the sky and our lives. May the memories of him keep always alive and near in your hearts and help you celebrate a life well lived.

I am beyond shocked and very sad. Bill was the most amazing person.... Made working with him so easy. He was always so cheerful and compassionate. He never missed an opportunity to brag about his family. He will certainly be missed.

It's hard to fathom that Bill is gone. Bill served our extended family and business for over 30 years.

Nobody, could light up a room like Bill! His smiling face was the best. Bill's sense of fairness and integrity was above reproach, and more importantly he loved his family holding them in his heart with the highest esteem. Our deepest sympathies to his wife and children for whom he shared with us happy stories as a proud husband, father, and grandfather.

Bill stood by his friends too. When we were down he stuck with us helping us navigate very difficult economic times. Bill's loyalty was a like a rock and our family will forever be better off because of him. May God bless him and all those he loved in this world.
