I am so sorry that I did not learn of Bill's passing until today. Bill was a friend, a mentor and a role model. All the good that he did will continue on for generations. May God bless you all.

The Crouch family was a great influence on those of us who lived in Liberty and of course, The Little Shoal 4-H club in the 1950's.
