Bill could be a feisty fellow at times, never afraid to ruffle a few feathers at CREB. He brought a different perspective on issues, and made us think outside the box. Most importantly,Bill will be remembered for his unwavering faithfulness to his convictions.Of course, there were all the laughs, I remember our fearsome foursome at CREB's golf tournament many years ago (Bill, Ervie Jackson, Jack Ryan, and myself). We led the tournament in shots in more ways than one!Our sincere condolences to Don and the Dickson Family. May your many memories of Bill comfort you at this most difficult time.

I met Bill in 1970 when I started as a realtor. Over the years we had many visits & laughed about some of the great times we had as a REALTOR. Bill was proud to call himself a realtor. He will be missed especially that great smile. To all the family I pass along my condolences.

We echo our brother Dan's thoughts as we extend our very sincere condolences to Shirley and the family. Few families have the good fortune to have such wonderful neighbours. It was inspiring to witness the very long and strong friendship between Bill and Shirley and our parents.

We will remember Bill's very quick wit and wonderful sense of humour. May he Rest In Peace.

Our deepest condolences Mrs. Dickson, Rick, Don, Dalyce and all the family.

Fond memories re-ignited by the many times my Mom & Dad got together to play cards or just sit out in our back yards enjoying a bon-fire.

Such a great relationship between these two families that my Dad and Mr. Dickson changed a section of the backyard fence into a gate, which also provided an easy way for Mr. Dickson to greet us some mornings to ask "is the coffee on yet?".

Mr. Dickson gave me my first paying job that I worked with Mike (Michael).

He was a generous, funny, strong and guiding man - another person to look up to in the days of my childhood.

So long for now Mr. Dickson.

So sad, I didn't know Mr Dickson but my ex-father inlaw, Orland Marty, had great respect for him. He told stories of the old days when Frank Johns "ran the show"at CREB. He'd talk about his friends Bill Dickson, Frank Morrow, Bruce Gilles, Sandy Armstrong & others that I don't remember. "Those were the days when realtors had to work. " I'd heard that rant from Marty many times. No cell phones, texting or even Internet leads but they all seemed to take Sundays off. LOL - Rick, Don & the Dickson family I am so sad for your loss. Another one of our realtor pioneers has left us. I salute him & your family for your contributions to CREB & our industry as a whole. God bless.

Bill was one of my favorite people. I have known Bill and Shirley for over 65 years. We were neighbors in Montgomery and had many wonderful times together. He always made us laugh. Sincere condolences from my entire family.

My dearest Uncle Bill,
I hardly know what to say at this time other than thank you. You were always such a rock in this family. Always so stoic, yet always able to, somehow, Interject that tremendous sense of humor.
I love you and I will miss you...but I will see you again!!
Your nephew,
Billy (Will-Yum) Dunkley
