My heart is so sad for you Carrie, Patrick and Family. I too am saddened by the loss of Chuck! He was an awesome co-worker and friend and loved you all so much. I still have the locker he surrendered to me years ago with his name still on it! I remember him huddled over stacks of books at the back desk saying "use all your free time to learn more", I never did, but I know Chuck did! He went far in this short time on earth, he touched many lives and is the better for that...God Speed Chuck! Much love to you all!!

My heart felt emotions for Carrie & patrick (Paco) as I recall him as our baby boys were a few days apart in birth. Chuck was an excellent mentor in nursing as he was a great friend &teacher to me in my nursing career. And the time Carrie & I spent together going back to nursing school when the boys were little. My heart is in your heart. Remain the strong woman & family that you are. Heaven is blessed to have him if this world cannot.... As we know that Chuck made this world a better place

Chuck, you left me with a lifelong impression of what an uncle, father and a grandfather should be. My only regret is that I didn't get to have you in my life long enough. Words can't describe how much you'll be missed. Love you always.

Poppy,
I don't know what we will do without you. I don't know how we've survived these four days without you. I do know that you raised a beautiful, strong, and capable son who knows right from wrong and knows how to love and live fervently just like you. I do know that your wife, without her soul mate, is hurting but will continue to fight because you gave her a life and son worth fighting for. We are all here wrapping our arms around them for you. Because that's what you would do.
I love you Poppy. So much more than I could ever express. My life is forever changed because you were in it.
