So sorry for the loss of Billy. I just found out the sad news this past week. Colleen, he spoke fondly of you and always made sure we knew you were doing ok as was he - even though my husband and I had never met you. I knew Billy from the early 90's as a co-worker and friend from Big 4. Lots of fun times were had. We continued to touch base every once in awhile through the car sales. He watched my kids grow up through each visit to the dealership. Words cannot express the loss the world was handed when he passed away. He will always be "My Teddy Bear".

Bill always had a smile on his face, was humble to his core and would literally give you his last ten dollars, in order to help out. He was the forever optimist and we just wanted be around him and enjoy his company... yes even listen to his jokes because it was fun to watch HIM so enjoy the telling. So sorry for your loss Coleen, your loyal and caring friend was one of a kind and will be missed by all. Peter Whitehead & Deanna Piotrowski

Uncle Bill my heart hurts knowing that your won't be calling to see how I'm doing and then make me laugh as we carry on one of our ridiculous conversations. Thank you for being such a wonderful Uncle/Friend and always being there for me..in ways only you know. Love you always.

Bill's Family,
We were very sad to hear of Bill's passing.
My late husband Stu and Bill were friends growing up in the Beltline
area. They had some good visits in recent years. Bill was very kind and caring, helping out more recently.
He will be fondly remembered.

It was only yesterday I learned of Bill's passing...I'm very sad. Bill was my car salesman, my neighbor, and my friend for a long time. I'll miss seeing that smiling face with the bad jokes, and that positive encouraging attitude. Rest in peace Bill, you were one of the good guys and you'll be missed.

Even though I only knew Bill for a short time, it didn't take long for me to know that he was one of those "good guys" people rarely come across in a lifetime. He was always looking for ways to help and encourage those that had the good fortune to be in his company. Bill was a genuine man. I'll miss him.

My Uncle Bill was such a great guy and the best Uncle a girl could have. After the passing of my Dad (Bob) he was always there in his special way. I will miss his crazy jokes and sense of humor. Thank you for all you did for our family. You will always be remembered and hold a very special place in our hearts.

My Uncle Bill didn't have a lot, but he gave all he had. He worked tirelessly to help with whatever endeavor he took on. He was always there for the family whether it be providing the Christmas yams or the beans for the bbq or selling us a vehicle.
It was fun to watch him and my dad interact because it was like watching a mirror image of each other. Seeing him always had the added benefit of reminding me of dad.
I haven't been around much over the years to return all his kindness but thankful I was there to hold his hand while he passed. I knew he was very proud of me over the years including the early days playing hockey and baseball, going to Arizona State University or my worldly travels with Shell. I only wish I let him know more often how proud I was to be his nephew.
My family (Azelia, Kristyn, Season and Axielle) loved him dearly.

Bill was a great man and I am blessed to have known him. He was always smiling and he could easily make you laugh with his sense of humor. He had a kind and generous heart and I thoroughly appreciated visiting with him over the years. Recently, I enjoyed meeting up with Coleen and Bill and walking along Glenmore Reservoir before stopping for a visit and coffee at Heritage Park. He will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed.

I knew Bill from the Al Azhar Shriners office. Bill was such a special person who took such pride in his work with the Shriners. Whether he was getting up early to help with the Stampede Breakfasts, or getting things together for the Children's Christmas Party, he put his heart and soul into his duties with the Patrol Unit. When he came out to the Al Azhar, he always had time to stop and say "hi" and chat for a few minutes. Bill had such a nice bright smile and warm personality, and will be missed by many at the Al Azhar Centre. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends on their loss and may the happy memories they shared help them through this time and bring them to a peaceful place.

Bill was a dependable steadfast friend. When we would have our ART parties at Coleen's house, often Bill would have helped in the party preparation, staying to say hello. He will be missed by us all.
