William Grant Doig

RIP Bill Doig. If not for your surgical skill and brilliance I am positive I would be dead or in a wheelchair by now. You and your family are in my thoughts at this time.

DOIG. - William Grant. Fondest memories of a kind and loving uncle to Diana, great uncle to Julia, Andrew, Sharni, Simon, Nicholas and Antony and great great uncle to Ella, Sienna, Amelie, Leila and Jasmine.

DOIG. - William Grant (Bill). A loving and caring elder brother along with Ron (dec.) to his younger sisters Jean and Alison. Many fond memories of times in Colac and Lorne. A brilliant orthopaedic surgeon, husband and father, and a man of great integrity. All our sympathy to Doris, Stephen, David, Rowan and their families. Very much missed - Jean and George Gaze and family.

DOIG. - William Grant (Bill). Loved and loving son of Keith and Louie (both dec.). Brother of Ron (dec.), Jean and Alison. Uncle of Pierre and Leonie and great uncle of Alice and Niko. Warm memories of childhood in Colac and holidays at Lorne where Ron and Bill fought the 1939 Black Friday fires. He was a strong tennis player, a great body surfer and pretty good at solo! There was a long happy marriage with Doris, blessed with three great sons and a distinguished career in Orthopaedic Surgery. A Generous and Loving Man
