Jimmy and Patsy Cooper and Carolyn and I are planning on coming to the Celebration of Bills Life on the 24th.

Mr. Bill was one of the sweetest and most hard working men I know. He was the kind of man who could cheer anyone up just by being himself. He will be missed everyday.

His kind smile and gentle spirit but he was funny too!

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time. Mr. Bill (as he was called here at Food Lion) is missed so much. So many wonderful memories of him and everyone here including our customers loved him dearly.
