I am so sorry to hear the very sad news about Mr. Eagan. You are all in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

Mr. Eagan walked the campus of Holy Cross over half a century before I did, but as a member of the class of 2003, I felt his presence in Worcester. The Eagan spirit seems so passionate. I didn't even know them before my freshman year. Mr. Eagan remained a real part of Holy Cross through contributions to the college and the community and by his family's continued involvement. I worked with Bill for over 20 years at Jordan Marsh Company, I found him to be an honest and hardworking
person. He will be missed by many.

Bill was one of the warmest and compassionate men I have ever had the priviledge to work with. His love for his family and his pride in each member's accomplishments was an insipartion to all.
