In memory of
Bill and Kristine Schneider
November 26, 2024
Bill and I first met Bill about 18 years ago in Denver. We will always remember his enthusiasm for preparing and sharing meals, names of good books and learning new things. His spirit for life will definitely be missed by his family and friends.

RIP Billy. Bill was one of my oldest friends, going way back to our Cub Scout days. Whenever he was around Dallas he could stay at my house, still in Old Lake Highlands, and we would sit around and marvel at the fact we were still here. Last time we talked was about a month ago, he was heading towards Arizona to get some Democrats elected. I told him I was sorry he had been seduced by the dark side, he wouldn´t have liked the results.
Last time he was here he brought his little dog Louie, who spent most of his time chasing my cat around the house.
I´m going to miss my friend. We all are.

I'm very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. All of my memories of him involve a lot of fun and laughter. He was such a character that I sincerely doubt that anyone who ever crossed his path will forget him. Go in peace, my friend.

Bill was a good friend for many years at Hexter. Seems like we ran in different circles at Hill and Bryan Adams, but I always considered him a friend. I was fortunate to get to link up and share good memories with him in Trinidad, Colorado a couple of years ago. May he rest in peace.

Bill & I walked home from school at Hexter Elementary several times a week. I lived on Northcliff just a block from the Buckner Shopping mall Center. We had lots of laughs and mischievous fun. He was always a prankster and so was I. I've kept those good memories all my life. Contact me on Facebook if you like. See ya Bill!

Bill was my cousin. Our dads were brothers. My dad was JB (Bud) Evans. Bill and I reconnected recently and I was able to share the Evans/Gowan Genealogy with him. I sent it in a notebook and he told me in May that he carried it around with him. It was nice getting to know him again. Sorry to hear about his passing.

Bill was my mentor and hero. I am forever grateful for everything he taught me. Bill believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. I loved when we laughed together. Bill, Claire, and I were a great team. I will forever love and miss him.

One of my first memories of Bill was the night I was so impressed with his rendition of Samuel Clemens in what I believe was a defiance theater production. He looked just like Mark Twain and I believe he sounded like him as well.
