You have my deepest sympathy. May good memories provide solace for you and your family during this challenging time and may God provide you with the assurance that you will see your loved one again. (John 17:3)

We remember Bill with great respect and with warm affection. He was my instructor at Bethel College when I thought I would have a career in agriculture. Later when he became Business Manager for the General Conference Mennonite Church, he was a great mentor for me as a young, naive staff member with the Board of Christian Service. I was offered respect and friendship there. We recall Bill and Margaret warmly inviting us to their home, enjoying our young children and sharing meals with us. Bill was a good person, and we will remember him fondly. We are thankful he was a part of our young family and an appreciated friend and mentor.
