Bill and Cici, I send you my deepest sympathy on the passing of Bill. He was a wonderful, generous and kind human being that set an example for all of us to follow. The last time I saw him he have me one of his Skipping Bugs that I shall always treasure along with his other flies that I have in my collection. I shall remember him as a wonderful, wonderful man and he will surely be missed.
