Very sorry for the families loss. My dad still remembers him and worked at his farm. He bought my dad a coke and talked to him many times. Great guy.

I would like to express my condolences to the Graham family. I learned of his passing in The Miami Laker community newspaper that is delivered to my home. I had the pleasure of meeting his daughter on one occasion. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife, his children, and brother Senator Bob Graham at this time. William A. Graham was obviously a pioneer with an incredible vision to have developed what is now the Town of Miami Lakes that I call home.

I was sadened to hear of Bill Graham's passing. The Miami Lakes Senior International Tournament was always a highlight of the year because of his goodwill and enthusiasm for the sport of badminton. He will be greatly missed by all of us who traveled for many years from Canada and North Carolina to the community of Miami Lakes for this tournament.

Regret to hear of the passing of Bill Graham. I received the news during the 2009 US Senior International Badminton Championhips in Miami Lakes. A wonderful, friendly man who gave more to the game of badminton than he received. His memory will be ever more lasting for me having been awarded the 2009 Bill Graham Sportsmanship Award during this year's Senior Internationals.

Thank you for sharing Mr. Graham with the Metro Transit Agency. I served as secretary to the board and appreciated his faithfulness and ability to educate and share his special expertises. He will be missed by many.

We were blessed to raise a family and build a business (The Protective Group, Inc.) in Mr. Graham's vision, Miami Lakes. Our most sincere condolences.

Our personal memories of Bill and his badminton "gang" are many with our special time being in London, England in the early 80's where he joined our Surry Badminton club. He would take the train from Central London to Hampton Court, where we picked him up to take to the club.
It was usual in those days to have a beer after badminton, which is an excelent time to get to know the real person. He was a special person and will be missed.

Many of the badminton players in NC got to know Bill as a result of our travels to the Senior International Tournament at Miami Lakes and we are all saddened by his passing. Bill was always one to meet and greet everyone and was able to call most attendees by their first name. No one was too important or unimportant for Bill not to say hello. To many badminton insiders, the expression 'don't flip Bill' was one of the expressions of note at the Badminton Club at Miami Lakes.

A true badminton legend has passed.

Bill and I were on the Miami Sr High Basketball team that won the State Championship in 1942. He was great friend over the years. I will miss him.
