William Handy Obituary
Westover-William Thomas "Bill" Handy, Sr., 81, of Westover departed this life Monday, November 14, 2016 at Aurora Senior Living of Manokin in Princess Anne. Born November 11, 1935, he was the son of the late William R. and Sarah Collins-Handy.
He is survived by one son, William T. Handy, Jr. (Audrey); three grandchildren, Brenda Windsor (Donald), William T. Handy, III (Erica) and Marleigh Handy; three great grandchildren; one sister, Cessie Johnson; a host of nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Anthony E. Ward, Jr. Funeral Home in Princess Anne with a viewing one hour prior. A public viewing will be held 2:00 - 6:00 PM Friday at the Funeral Home.
Interment will be held 1:00 PM Monday, November 21, 2016 at the Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery in Hurlock.

To the Mr. Handy Jr. and Entire Handy Family
I was saddened to hear about the lost of Mr. Handy. Although I knew he was not doing well, I just hated to see a good person like Mr. Handy leave our world. Mr. Handy was a great customer of Sharp Energy. He ould often stop in to pay his bill and we always chat about politics believe it or not. Mr. Handy had a vast knowledge of what was happening in our world, and I got the sense he was not pleased with it. I will surely miss our chats together. I like to pass along our sincere Condolences to Mr. Handy Jr. and the entire Handy family. He was a good man.
