William Harlow Obituary
William Montgomery Harlow, age 82 of Winder, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2017. Mr. Harlow was a native of Missouri and as a republican was the youngest man to be elected to the Missouri State Legislature, where he was the leader of the minority whip. He retired as a psychologist. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dr. William E. and Mary Montgomery Harlow. William is survived by his wife, Marie Maupin Harlow of Winder; three daughters, Anne Basford of Winder, Melissa Bryant of Winder and Kelly Jergensen of Winder; four grandchildren, Shannon Basford, Ryan Lemon, Josh Lemon and Abby Norris and two great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 2PM Thursday, June 15, 2017 in the chapel of Smith Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
