William R. Hiatt

Dr. Hiatt was a frequent guest and one of my regulars. He would always ask for me to wait on him. He loved his hot sauce and green chile! I always brought some of my homemade for him. The last time I saw him, he was walking down a street I hardly ever went down. I was able to say hi and talk. We always talked about his bolo ties and our boots! Dr. Hiatt you are missed in this ladies heart

Rest in peace ,old friend.It was a true blessing to have been able visit with you and Susan at the reunion in 2017. I will be eternally grateful for that ....My prayers go out to all your family and loved ones...

Am deeply saddened to hear of this. Such a vital, vibrant, wonderful man. This has made this cruel year even worse. Can't stop thinking about it. Worked with Susan at Kempe Children's Center. So very sorry!

Will was my primary care doctor for many years. His calm, caring, and respectful manner, and his willingness to spend time and listen, made him an exceptional physician. Though our relationship was professional, I always thought of him as a friend as well, and will miss his wry, laconic and gentle conversations during our visits. He was unique.

A man of honor and humility who left a legacy of joy, healing, and love in a way that is truly indescribable. They will know us by our love, you personified that scripture my friend. Still praying with you, now and forever.

I had the privilege of working with Bill for many years as CPC was conducting clinical research for our company. I always enjoyed our trips to Colorado, a lot of it due to him. He was full of life, a true gentleman, and a kind soul. I will miss him.

What a tremendous person, scientist and truth-seeker! All whom Bill touched are lucky, indeed. His loss will be felt by all who knew him.

Gentle man, scholar, scientist, sportsman, devoted friend and colleague. You were an inspiration to many and your memory is a blessing. You will be missed.
