Raymond and family, I was saddened and shocked along with everyone else to hear of Bill passing. My sister, Marge Riley, informed me via e-mail as soon as she had heard. Just last Thanksgiving Day you and I and Bill were together at the Salem-Woodstown football game. I will cherish forever the friendships with the
Higgins family and especially Raymond from our days on the baseball fields.

We were both saddened and shocked at the loss of Bill. One of our fondest memories was how he would light up any room he walked into and how he made everyone he talked with seem special. We will miss him greatly.

Dear Dee:
You are in my prayers. Bill was a very special friend of Carl's and we all had such a nice time at Jay & Kate's wedding.
Bill was so pleased to have met you and you brought him much happiness. Take comfort in the memories of your good times.
With sympathy.

Words cannot express how deeply saddened I am at the loss of your father. Bill was a wonderful colleague, mentor and friend. He could light up a room with a well-delivered joke and his warm smile. He will be greatly missed.
You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

There are many memories through the years of the Higgins and Riley families. Just seems wrong to once again lose a Higgins family member.
Please know you are all in our thoughts and prayers. With all our love, Clem and Marge Riley, Michelle and Graham Robertshaw and Laurie Riley.
