Laurel Faraci "Bonnie" 1941-2012 MANCHESTER Laurel "Bonnie" Faraci, of Manchester, Vermont, peacefully departed this life at home with her loved ones around her. Bonnie died of cancer on May 13, 2012, Mother's Day. Born in New York City on December 29, 1941, Bonnie was a registered nurse and a clinical mental health counselor who dedicated her professional life to the well-being of those in her care. Bonnie married John Faraci, the love of her life, in 1969. They moved to Manchester, Vt., where they happily lived and raised their family in the close-knit community they loved so much. Bonnie and John were thankful for their amazing children and dear friends, all of whom made their lives so rich and full of love and laughter. When John preceded Bonnie in death on May 1, 2008, she was grateful for the beautiful memories they created together. Bonnie is survived by Jennifer (Peter) Mowry, Stacey Faraci, Scott Faraci, grandsons Seth and Ryan Mowry, and many loving family members and friends. A private memorial service will be held. In lieu of flowers, Bonnie's wishes were for donations to be sent to the Manchester Visiting Nurses Association, Manchester Food Cupboard and the Manchester Interfaith Council.
