When Patrick Gibson and I moved to town, Patrick had car trouble, lots of it. Kirk told us if we needed anything to let him know. A friend of Patrick“s came to town to fix his car. But Patrick needed money. He asked Kirk and he brought the money right over! Kirk was very generous and kind.

My first memory is of meeting him with my aunt Linda after returning from Vietnam. He took me on my first motorcycle ride!

The four of us have had so many good times together and the one I think about the most is our Tahitian cruise. We have also had many memorable lake times at the lake of the ozarks. Kirk taught all three of my children how to water ski and my kids loved him. We all loved him very much and we will miss him

I will always remember my Uncle Kirk as a vibrant, funny, handsome and wise man. One of the first memories I have of him is taking me on my first motorcycle ride with him on his Honda 350. I remember him returning home from VietNam - a dashing Marine was he ~ and participating in he and my Aunt Linda's wedding as a flower girl. The photo I submit is of he and my Aunt Linda in a department store ad that appeared in the Kansas City Star soon after they were married. Thank you for the sweet memories dear Uncle Kirk. You were one of the good ones. Rest easy.
