William H. Kirk, 85, of Collierville, TN passed away on June 26, 2015. There will be a gathering of friends Tuesday, June 30, 2015 beginning at 5:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch, MS. The service will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 10 a.m. at the Olive Branch Church of Christ. Interment will take place at Memorial Park Southwoods in Memphis, TN. William was preceded in death by his wife, Helen S. Kirk. He is survived by his 2 daughters, Patricia Kirk Corder and her husband Gordon, Deborah Kirk Meyers and her husband Michael; grandchildren, Wayne Corder, Jared Corder, Alex Corder and wife Brittany, Kirk Meyers and Taylor Meyers; sister, Oleta McCullar; brother, Orval Kirk . Patricia and Debbie we are saddened at the passing of one of the truly great men of our time. William's labor in the Lord as an elder and constant supporter of the Truth is now woven into the fabric of his glorious reward. As you know, he and Helen loved their family and friends and no one ever encouraged us more to love and keep the Faith. Our sincere sympathy and prayers are with you and your families at the passing of our dear friend. "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints" (Psalm 116:15).
