Dear Wanda and family,

My thoughts are with you and your family at this time. I will always remember Billy running to get his army photos to show me as he knew I was a photographer. They were amazing photos and the stories attached to them were even more amazing. His laughter and excitement for life were contagious. My mother and father treasured his friendship dearly. I will remember his joy for life.

Dear Wanda and family,

I am so sorry to hear of Bill's death. Although I only saw Bill on election day every year, he made a lasting impression. He made me laugh, and he was so proud of his family. He never missed a chance to brag about his kids and grandkids. He was a great election judge. I am glad I got to know Bill.
