William L'Ecuyer Obituary

William "Bill" Frederick L'Ecuyer, 82, of Mesa, AZ peacefully passed away on December 23, 2024. He was born February 4, 1942 in Boston, MA. He graduated in 1959 from Notre Dame High School in Fitchburg, MA. He received his BS in Economics from Boston College in 1963 and his MBA from Boston College in 1968. He received his JD from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1978. From 1964 - 1967 he served in the Coast Guard rising to the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade. He resided in many states in his adult working years including Massachusetts, Oklahoma, Connecticut, Indiana, Missouri, and Tennessee. He retired in 2003 after serving as President of Tennessee American Water Company for four years. He retired to Dunedin, Florida and continued retirement in Mesa, AZ since 2018. While living in Florida, he was an avid cyclist and enjoyed travel. He was preceded in death by his parents Frederick "GrandFred" L'Ecuyer and his mother Mary "GrandMary". He is survived by his younger brother Frederick L'Ecuyer of Duxbury, MA; his wife, Trinna (formerly Mullinax, nee Towne); his children: Suzanne N. L'Ecuyer, William J. L'Ecuyer, and Michael W. L'Ecuyer; his step children: Scott Mullinax; and Kelly Mondy (nee Mullinax); his grandchildren; his nephews; a niece; and his dachshund, Ivy.
