In memory of

August 25, 2008
Our condolences to all of Mr. William Leahy's family and friends. When our daughter attended Saint Joseph's Unv. she always had a story about his class. She loved him and his funny sense of humor. I could tell this guy was a great asset to the SJU family. As a retired Army NCO, I always insisted she remind Mr. Leahy there were Army fans in his presence. I know it was great for friendly rivalry. Sorry to say I never met him, but from what I have heard and read I know in my heart this country has lost another "Great American". My daughter, Valerie, is sadden and also would like to send her prayers and condolances to all. God Bless

Bill:
So sorry to hear of your dad's passing. I had the opportunity a few years back of meeting him and sitting next to him at a Hawks game. He was first class.

To the Leahys-
For all of those years we got to play football on your side lawn, we were all grateful. Whenever I met your dad whether at home, church or in the store, he always treated me with kindness and concern. He was one of the many classy gentlemen that led by his actions and taught us how to treat each other by how he treated us. My kindest regards to all.

Dear Mrs. Leahy & Family:
This is to express our sincere condolences to you and your family. Bill was a good friend and great boss whom I worked with for several years in the late '70's. I worked as his operation's manager and learned much from him. He was a caring and kind man....nothing was ever too difficult for him to help with.
You and your family are in our prayers.
Sincerely,
Patrick & Mary Maley
