Was so unhappy to see this and would like to send my heartfelt sympathy:
Bill light was my 1st boyfriend when I was in 5th grade at Lowell elementary in Grand Junction. I had never seen or heard about him since the early 60’s and often wondered how his life had turned out but I never forgot him.
It looks to me like he did build a wonderful life of friends and family. I know you must miss him horrible. What a great guy even as a youngster. Wish I could have just let him know what a wonderful impression he made on me.

Uncle Bill! I always thought you were so cool, yet quircky. I had a lot of respect for you. You were a busy body and I can still see the way you walk and hear you talk. You added such a fun and interesting presence to our trips to Colorado and always enjoyed our visits, however those visits won't be the same without you. Instead of including regrets for not spending enough time with you, I want to say how grateful I am for the times we got to. I've never had an uncle like you and nor would I ever want anyone else other than you Uncle Bill. You are loved so much! May we see each other again someday. Lots of love Sherilyn, Ian, and Landon.

What a GREAT guy to work with. I missed Bill after he retired, and was shocked when he returned an email 6 months after retirement. He always had a smile and a kind word even when he was having a very "trying day."
