My sweet Dad, "CHILLY WILLY". Happy, joyous, free, loving, silly, sarcastically amazing, witty, wise, wonderful and loved dearly by each person blessed by being part of his life. My proud Marine dad met my beautiful mom, Joni Jo King. They married and Chilly became an instant papa to my eldest sister Dixie. Shortly followed Don, Linda, Patricia, Laura and Lisa. Then proud to be father in law to Kristi, Paul, Mark, Manny, Steve, Bruce, MaryEllen and Franco. Embracing each with his devoted love. Shortly after a Gratefully thrilled Grandpa to Derrick, Brandon, Anthony, Nicholas, Kristina, Tyler, Emily and Alexa. Love filled his huge heart and he made sure we all felt that special love. Another generation to become Great-Grandpa. Grandchildren grew finding love bringing babies that Chilly always felt were his miraculous blessings. My Grandaughters, Chloe and Chanel Jo along with all Willie's great-grandbabies are forever protected, as we all are by Grandpa Willy. Beside my CHILLY DOG, my Angelic mom Joni Jo, my beautiful son Anthony, Grandma & Grandpa Luzi, Aunt Joanie, Aunt Peggy, Grandma and Grandpa Washburn, Mark, Keith, Duncan, Mario so many welcoming Dad home. Brody finally has his best friend back. Dad, YOUR FRIENDS LOVE YOU, JOE RICCI, BRIAN, JOHN JACKIE.... THE ENDLESS LIST We love you Daddy.

November 7, 2018
Bill Luzi passed away in his home October 28,2018. He was born in Mineola, New York February 24, 1936 son of William and Cornelia Luzi. He attended Mineola schools. In his early days he worked at driving oil trucks. Later on, after hard work he became a golf professional and was head golf pro at various golf courses. His last golf course was Montauk Downs. It was at that time in his life that he met his future wife Irene. They were married August 25, 1985. She was active in helping him in the pro shop while maintaining a home. Bill spent his life with her raising their sons, doing school work, attending sports events and making birthdays and holidays special for them. He was the person who cooked the turkey every Thanksgiving and the stuffing was never the same way twice. He volunteered at a golf course for the purpose of having use of the facility so he could teach his sons the game of golf.
Bill is survived by his wife Irene; six sons, Frank Sasso--- Tony Sasso, wife Anderson and children Amelia and Evans--- Scott Luzi, wife Erin and daughter Clara---and Matthew, Bobby and Jonathan Luzi.
Bill has four daughters from his first marriage: Linda married to Paul Conti with children Kristina and Kaley---Laura Luzi--- Patricia Bouzakis with son Nicky and Lisa Berger with daughter Alexa.
A memorial service will be held at Trafalgar Square Club House , Trafalgar Blvd off Poinciana Blvd this Saturday November 10, 2018 at 2pm.
