William McAlpine

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father William (Bill) John McAlpine, on November 21, 2012. Bill was an amazing man taken much too soon. He was predeceased by his loving wife Valerie McAlpine (Sandulo), and his parents William and Lorraine McAlpine. He is survived by his proud daughters Angeline McAlpine (Scott) and Lu-Anne McAlpine (Jeff). Bill also leaves behind his sisters Beverley (Karen) McAlpine, and Lois (Herb) Neuhold , mother-in-law Lois Sandulo, brother-in-laws Victor (Michealene) Sandulo, John (Lisa) Sandulo, David (Margaret) Sandulo, Edgar Sandulo, and many loving nieces and nephews. Dad lived his life with optimism and had a magical sense of humor. He was known for his generous spirit, loyalty, and love for his family, especially his girls. He was not only our father, but our best friend. Dad will be always greatly missed and deeply loved and remembered. He was an admirable and strong fighter until his passing, battling heart disease. Dad is now reunited with his wonderful wife in heaven. The family extends extreme gratitude and appreciates the support of many family and friends, including Dr. L Lim and the amazing doctors and nurses of the cardiac clinic and team at St. Pauls Hospital. We thank you all from the bottom of my hearts. A celebration of life will be held on Friday November 30, 2012 at 11:00am at Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel.
