William F. McSweeney Sr.

I was so sorry to hear of Mr.McSweeney's passing. He certainly made a lasting positive influence to my life and perspective of family. I also just learned of Joey's passing. I can remember the last time I saw him at a Cal game peppering me with questions with his infectious laugh and spirit. They are missed!

I knew Mr. McSweeney exactly as pictured, with a big smile on his face. Hard to remember him not smiling. Some of my fondest child hood memories are of being around his house and backyard on Saturdays with the Giants on the radio. It's been years, nay, decades since I last had the pleasure of his company but my memories of him are as vivid as ever. My condolences to Joan, his Mrs, and his family. It's been years, nay, decades since I had the pleasure of his company, but my memories of him are as vivid as ever.
