William Mercer Obituary
William John Mercer,
who died peacefully at the
Royal Preston Hospital on
Tuesday 29th June 2021.
They would like to thank the paramedics, nursing and medical staff at the Lancaster Royal Infirmary and the Royal
Preston Hospital who cared
for William so well.
Due to public health restrictions, William's funeral will be by invitation only, but those who wish to participate by livestream may contact Martin's The Funeral Directors for information.
The funeral cortege will drive through Broughton Village centre at approximately 1.00p.m. on Monday 19th July and those who wish to pay their respects are welcome to do so then.
The Mercer Family would like to thank all those who have sent cards, flowers and expressed condolences at this difficult time, and would particularly like
to thank his friends at
Lancaster University.
Family flowers only please, donations can be made in memory of William direct to the funeral directors or via https://williammercer.muchloved.com/
