William C. Metherell

I worked with Bill when he first came to the Probation Department and was responsible for his training. He was an excellent PO and worked especially well with his younger clients. He was well liked and we regretted his leaving to pursue other interests, also a friend and a good person, sure to be missed by all who knew him.

Dear Clarita and family,

I am truly sorry for your loss! I have known Bill and Clarita as wonderful neighbors; always there for me, and ever watchful for my best interests. Just a week or so ago Bill was worried about my safety when I was out of town and a car, similar to mine, was abandoned without license plates near my home.
I will miss being looked after by Bill! Please know I will always remember his caring neighborliness and ever ready smile and conversation.

I am saddened to learn that Bill has passed away. Bill and I became acquainted while employed at Monroe 1 BOCES. Although we worked at different physical locations, Bill was always friendly and courteous during our various interactions.
