WILLIAM STEPHENS "BILL" NEER

I was so surprised to see that Bill had passed. I think of him often and still enjoy all the memories and stories he shared with me. I looked forward to seeing him every month to cut his hair. I knew that if I had a question about anything, Bill would always have the answer. So full of life and information. He will surely be missed. From Sandy (his hairdresser).

I was so sorry to read about Bill. He was a really nice guy.

Bill was an old and dear friend - one of a kind and salt of the earth. I will treasure the memories of good times shared for the rest of my days. Rest In Peace.
