William O'REILLY

O'REILLY, William William "Bill" O'Reilly, born September 16, 1931, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on May 21, 2018 in his 87th year. Son of the late Leo O'Reilly and Theresa Sheehan. Survived by his wife of 53 years, Loretta Foran. Dear father of Leo, Danny, Rita (Bert Sheppard), Mary (Michael Dodds) and Shawn. He will be greatly missed by his sister Helen Harmon of Melita, Manitoba. Predeceased by his brothers Edward and Vincent and sisters Eileen and Marion. Forever remembered and cherished by his grandchildren for the trips to the "treat store" after Sunday Mass and his silly name calling "old goat, old turkey, old hen" Bill was a retired Ironworker who took pride in his work and travelled wherever he had to in order to provide for his family. Bill was a humble, kind person who never complained about anything. Thanks to the staff of Pontiac Community Hospital for all their care. Friends may call at Hayes Funeral Home, 1040 Clarendon Street, Quyon, Quebec on Friday, May 25, 2018 from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Funeral will be held on Saturday, May 26 in St. Edward's Church, Bristol, Quebec at 11 a.m. Interment Parish Cemetery.
