I really didn't know Bill , he happens to be a relative of mine on his mother's side I am trying to find a member of his family. i have 2 studio photographs that they may want. One is a portrait of his family: Father, Mother, Bill and his brother and sister.
The other is a portrait of Bill in his army uniform.

It greatly saddens me to hear of Bill's passing. Funny thing was that I was just thinking of him last week. Many (many) years ago Bill was my boss at the ECSB. I a young pup and he professional but still a fatherly attitude towards the social and professional failings of a young woman. We parted company - me for a better job and Bill to continue building and designing. Years (many) later we met up again with the Lions Host club and got to know each other on a friendlier level after I had grown up and developed a profession and was prepared to give back to my community on a more meaningful level. The memory that I have that is most in my mind at the moment is Bill in his 79's with a new pair of bionic knees, taking up the sport of ice skating - not just occasionally but as if he was training for the Olympics. Ah, Bill, you were so kind when I developed MS and so protective and so good to me. Thank you for that and may your trip to the Heavens be accompanied by other Angels like yourself.

I wish to send my condolences to Bill's family for their great loss. I had the good fortune knowing Bill professionally and as a Lion although I was a member of another club. I worked as a consultant to Bill when he was with the Edmonton Catholic Schoool Board and later we worked together, as fellow Lions, on a study for the potential redevelopment of the Lions Kensington Court Housing project.

Bill, the consumate professional, always brought insight and humour to his work and to his commitment to Lions.

His death is a great loss to all who knew him, but especially to his family

Condolences to the extended family for your loss. Bill was a good friend to our family for over 30 years, and he will be greatly missed.

I first met Bill at the Catholic School Board in the early '60s where I worked as a secretary. A great sense of humor and knowledgeable beyond belief! Many years later, he helped find a school for my children to attend. Sadly missed.
