Dearest Peoples Family,

I will keep you in my prayers. Be assured that God will comfort you during this challenging time.
William was such a blessing called for a specific work and purpose.
Psalm 28:7
The Lord is my strength and my shield, my heart trusted in Him and I am helped.

To the Peoples' Family: Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal. May God comfort you now and always. Mr. Will was someone I could call day or night regarding any injustice. If security cameras were rolling, his first response would be "let's look at the video". Rowan County has truly lost an advocate for "right".

I'm so sorry for your loss. Your family has my deepest sympathy. William was such a sweet and loving person. Every time I saw him he had this great big smile that would light up my day. Arms wide open, always willing to give you a hug, no matter who it was. He had an uplifting spirit and would speak positive on any situation. His personality was impeccable. He was a gentlemen, and just a great guy. We losted a man who believed in fighting for the good for people. He will be missed by many. We love you PP. I know the Lord is looking down on you saying well done my soldier, Well done.

Wanda and the rest of the Peoples' Family: You have my deepest sympathy. So many people have given such kind words about William and that says a lot about the person he was in this local community. William has kept his appointment to leave this world, and we all should keep in mind that we will have to do the same some day. Everytime that I ran into William I always told him how much I appreciated him being a strong advocate in this community, and I am so glad that I did.
RIP William
