He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), the American Legion, the Lions Club, and the Rotary Club, and he served on the Board of Directors of the Garde Arts Theater in New London, Connecticut. So sorry to hear of Bill´s passing. I remember Bill fondly from his days serving on the Family Service board of directors in the 1980s and 90s. His care and compassion for others was evident by his many community involvements and contributions in southeastern Connecticut.

For Bill, it all started with family- he loved deeply and generously, and was fiercely proud of his children.

While many years has passed since we last saw one another, I will always remember Bill. May his memory remain a blessing!
