A real pro actor, always natural and fully believable. The obits should have mentioned his role in 1959's The FBI Story with James Stewart, where he played a very scary Baby Face Nelson! A fine actor indeed. RIP Mr. Phipps.

Phipps but being from st.fracisville illinois always heard stories how st.fracisville had a movie star Bill Phipps and this past year he donated money to the elementary school where st.fracisville students now attend thank u
