William James Piercy

William James Piercy (Bill), of Holly, Michigan, passed away on September 1, 2025, at the age of 54 due to a long, courageous battle with cancer.



Bill was born April 8, 1971, to William (Bill) and Ellie Piercy of Plymouth, Michigan. He graduated from Catholic Central High School and Michigan State University. After college, Bill went on to work side by side with his father, Bill Piercy, Sr., and eventually to run the family business after his father's passing in 2015.



Bill was always present for his family and countless friends. Bill was an avid golfer and loved critiquing a swing and giving lessons. He also enjoyed coaching both his sons' football teams in Brighton. Bill volunteered endless hours supporting the Brighton Youth Football Program and was league president for 4 years.



He is survived by his wife, Jamie, and their children, Noah Piercy, Sarah Larson, and Max Piercy. He also leaves behind his mother, Ellie Piercy, sisters Kerry McHugh (Caroline) and Lisa Durnell (John), mother-in-law Theresa Kushner, brother-in-law Jim Kushner (Gail), and sister-in-law Jennifer Martin (Christian), and nephews and nieces Evan Anschuetz, Emily Anschuetz, Brendan Kushner, Ashton Kushner, Kendall Martin, and Kellan Martin. Bill also leaves behind their family dog, Lindy, whom he adored.



Bill will be forever missed and loved by all who knew him.



In honoring Bill's wishes, we will celebrate Bill's life through an intimate afternoon of golfing, food, & libation (invitation only).
