we are so sorry to hear that your dad, and our dear friend Bill has passed away. We have such fond memories from the time Anna and him visited us here in Croatia. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

So sorry to hear the news of Williams passing in October! Our families were neighbors for years and I have many happy memories of our childhood on 9th Street! The family (Ann, Joseph, Michael, Jimmy,and Ellen) are in my thoughts!!

Bill was my friend, a trusted manager and a progressive change agent. He was open, honest frugal and optimistic.

Oregon enjoys all-mail elections because of his advocacy.

A local boy, a family man and. as they used say, "The salt of the earth". The public was well served.

I was lucky enough have met Mr. R's daughter Ellen through synchro and over the years came to know the entire Radakovich family. I think it's safe to say he exceeded his dream. My thoughts are with those left behind, particularly Mrs. R who is just amazing.

Bill was one heck of a nice guy. Got to know him at the Multnomah County Courthouse when covering that newsbeat for the Oregon Journal in the 60's.

The Radakovich family has been my second family since 1979 with Mr. R being my second dad. I will miss him dearly but know he has a special place in Heven.

Enjoyed growing up with Bill as next door neighbors on NW Quimby Street and at Lincoln High School.

You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
