Riccio, William A., 83, passed from this life on May 19 at 12:15 a.m. He was born in Brooklyn, NY and was a resident of Massapequa Park, NY for 58 years. He retired to Delray Beach, FL for the past 20 years. He was a retired New York City police officer of 28 years. He is survived by his loving wife Mary of 61 years; He was a loving and giving father of Dr Charles and Lorraine Riccio of Owensboro, KY; Marie Riccio of New Orleans, LA; Carol Riccio Faram of Holbrook, NY and William Riccio of Delray Beach, FL. Cherished grandfather of Charles Riccio, Christopher Riccio, William Faram, Alexander Riccio, Olivia Riccio, Andrew Riccio, Christina Faram and Raine Riccio. Viewing will be held on Thursday, May 24th from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Lorne & Sons Funeral Home, 745 NE 6th Avenue, Delray Beach. A funeral mass will follow at 12 noon at the Emmanuel Catholic Church, 15700 South Military Trail, Delray Beach, FL. Inurnment and military honors will be held on Friday May 25th at 11:30 a.m. at the South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 South State Road 7 (441), Lake Worth, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of William Riccio to the NYC PBA Widows and Children of Officers killed in the line of duty at www.nycpba.org.

Bill was a great neighbour and we will miss his company. We were very saddened by the news of his passing away. Our thoughts are with Mary, Bill Jr. and the rest of Bill's family.
