Funeral Service to take place at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Tuesday, October 28, at 11.30am.
Family flowers only.

To my Dad, I loved so much. My memories of you will never be touched, so rest now Dad as Mom awaits, where you will both be reunited at Heaven's gate.
