I first met Rob in March 1983. When he interviewed me and hired me at Dalworth carpet cleaning. Over the year since then he was a mentor, a great boss and person to work for. He helped me grow over the years and always had my back. My son Aaron also worked for Rob. He always said Rob was the best boss he´s ever worked for. This man took a chance on me and I hope he knew I never wanted to let him down. He will be greatly missed and will always hold a place in my heart as a brother to me.

Rob interviewed me and hired me at Dalworth carpet cleaning in march 1983. My son also worked for Rob Aaron. We both thought so much of him and what a great person and boss he was. Help me grow and learn so much. He will surely be missed as one of the greatest people I have ever known.

Rob was my first date as a teenager. I wore flats because I was afraid I would be taller than he was. Lol. We went "steady" for about 2 years then we went our separate ways and he met the love of his life Carla. After we each had our own families I was fortunate to have spent the last 15 years singing and spending time each Saturday in "his" jam room with our little tribe the Dirt Dobbers. I will never stop missing him and I have stories too numerous to tell. I´m blessed to have had him in my life as a treasured friend.

I met Rob in the 70's when he and Johnny Bowman lived in the house on Central Drive where we all used to get together and Jam on the tunes of the day, and he and Gus had just started what was to become Dalworth out of the back of a pickup. I remember he and Carla had a blonde Rhodesian Ridgeback pup named 'Taffy' Through the years Rob would call and invite me up to the great jam room they had built on the Dalworth property and hire our band to come play for some of their company parties. We had some great times! Another thing that comes to mind was when Mike Kennedy and I watched Rob 'going on the internet' when neither Mike or myself had a computer yet and had never logged on, we were amazed! That was a while ago.
Thank you and all the Dalworth family for including me/us in some fun musical times with 'The Dirt Daubers'
Love you old friend, see you down the road.

I remember the first time I met Rob. Me and a friend of mine that played in a band with Rob went to visit Rob and Carla. I remember a lot of great memories and good times. I have had the privilege to work with Rob over 48 years. A great person and will be missed. I will never forget all of the great times.

I remember when I first started working at Dalworth and met Rob. He always had a kind heart and smile and wanted to help you whatever you needed. He was quick to make you laugh and ready to lend a hand. Gone too soon. God bless. Tonya Paramore-Roberson
