Bill was a good friend to my husband John at Santa Maria High School in California. Bill cared enough to take time to counsel John while they studied. I had heard many times about this "good guy" Bill Rowe from my husband and finally met Bill and Lillian at Mike Klistoff´s surprise birthday party in Southern California. They were both very gracious people. After reading about Bill, it seems he put his best into all of life´s experiences. Bill was a blessing to many.

Nearly 50 years of Little Spider Lake memories ! Bill tried to teach me to water ski, took us kids on scary car rides on Witches Lake Road, told fabulous stories, took us out for ice cream, and loads of boat rides. What a great story teller!!

Bob, John & Deb were my "up north" siblings and Bill & Lil were like a bonus aunt & uncle. A couple of the BEST people I have ever known. A family that I envied.
