Bill was great to me over years. His service was second to none. The whole Schnieder family helped my business greatly for over 28 years. Bill will surely be missed.

My condolences to Bill's family. I was a 1977 LCC fellow alumni and while I hadn't seen Bill since graduation, I enjoyed high school with him.

When we think of Bill, we are filled with so many memories: his kindness, love for the Lord expressed in his love for Sheila, Kaylin, business associates, friends, and his church family. He was a quiet yet active “doer of the word,” most evidenced in working so diligently with CSC’s expansion, faithfulness to the work of Builders for Christ. He was a giver with a gentle, yet strong, spirit–never a disparaging word. Sheila, Kaylin, Brian, and family, we know that this is a difficult season, and we pray for the Lord’s peace and comfort during this time of loss. We love you.♥

I was so shocked to see Bill's obituary in the paper and didn't know he was sick. It seems like yesterday that he was playing 3B on the Bergman Refrigeration softball team in Lansing with me and his good friend Nick Bergman. It also seems like yesterday that Bill and Sheila were getting married. I always loved running into Bill and Sheila at local restaurants and teasing Bill of his love of Michigan and not Michigan State. Lots of good memories for sure. Sheila and family, please accept my deepest sympathy and condolences. Until we meet again Bill, RIP my friend.

Mr schneider was a great guy and I was glad I got to meet him at church. It was great seeing him when he would come to my job and hear him talk about his wife and daughter. He will be missed.

What can I add to this? Bill and Sheila are two of the best neighbors we could ever ask for. We will miss seeing Bill sitting on his rocking chair and waving to us as we walk our dog beside his house. Even our dog loved him. How could she not? According to her, he gave the best belly rubs. We are going to miss seeing his smiles and talks with us. We are keeping Sheila and Kaylin in our prayers always.

Bill Schneider. . . . .
What a great guy. From his post in the church hallway to his presence and craftsmanship in the shop. Such a faithful husband, daddy, friend, and brother in Christ. A man of few words often, but served many with generosity, humor, and good deeds. You will be missed my friend. May God continue to surround, bless, and comfort you Sheila, and Kaylin!

The first time we met Bill, we were fumbling with a hand-me-down John Deere that was my Dad's. If you didn't know Bill, you might think he was a grumpy guy but he was such a sweet and knowledgeable human. We will miss "neighbor" Bill dearly. There's a poem called "The Watch" that's played at most military retirements. "Rest easy sir, we have the watch."

Sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Was glad I got to talk to him at Meijer a few months ago. He was proud to show me his special tape measure he received as a gift from his daughter. May God give your family the love and peace only he can give.
