I have many great memories of Bill while working with him at the Plumas County Sheriff's Office where he started the K9 program. I also remember the night were working opposite ends of the county and Bill, being near Lake Davis called in over the air a UFO he had sighted. He even reported it to the FAA. It was my honor to know Bill the last few years and to pray with him and his beloved wife Teresa. He is healed now and free of the pain we watched him suffer with. He was a valiant Warrior for God. I will miss his smiling face but I know I will see him again. For now I will be a friend to Teresa as I love her so much.

Bill's memory will alway's live on through the special way he was able to impart all the knowledge he had to his students. As a K-9 handler for the United States Park Police for 17 years I consider myself lucky to have been influenced by Bill for 10 years as both a handler and friend. Such a special man...
