Our sincere condolences to all of you. Your message truly came as a shock to us. We were such good friends. It has been a privilege to have known Bill for all those 37 years and we are grateful for what he has given us in support and friendship throughout that time. We wish you all strength in the days to come and especially Ruth. They were so close and such a wonderful couple.

I am so sorry for your great loss. Through the years, my husband Dick Wise told me many stories about Mr. Seltz. I did not have the honor of meeting him personally, but through many great words spoken by Dick and Lewis (his son) he was truly a remarkable man.
