William (Bill) Siegel, of Wayne, NJ, passed away on March 19, at the age of 86. Bill's early years were marked by his passion for boxing and love of motorcycles. Yet, beyond his athletic prowess and knack for mischief, Bill was known for his unwavering spirit and unparalleled comedic wit that brought joy to all who crossed his path.

As the founder of H&P Equipment Co., Bill poured his passion and dedication into his work, leaving an indelible mark on his industry. Beyond his professional achievements, Bill's greatest legacy lies in the love and laughter he shared with his family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, Priscilla; his devoted children, James, Andrew (wife Debra), Dina Haskal (husband Ziv); grandchildren, Yael and Aliza Haskal, Natasha Rankin (husband Brad); and great granddaughter, Freya Rankin.

Bill's absence is keenly felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His warmth and sharp wit illuminated every room. Bill Siegel will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all whose lives he touched.

William Siegel was truly a kind man, devoted Dad, and gift to our industry. The Matthews Family were always captivated by his nuances and demeanor evoked his no nonsense style. He was not afraid to tell you like it is. I interviewed him in College while doing an independent study on used machinery. Loved his candor and description of characters of our underworld. He will truly be missed. Vaya con Dios Bill and prayers for Siegel Family
