William Campbell "Bill" Snouffer

I loved being sent to Judge Snouffers courtroom. He was fair and explicit in his instructions. Out of the courtroom he was friendly. The bench lost a good judge.

Bill was an outstanding lawyer, judge and a credit to his profession. His sense of professionalism accompanied him all the time.

I had hoped to meet Bill and Kathi on one of my tours, but Covid had interrupted those plans. In reading the full obituary, I can see that Bill was a wonderful and respected gentleman. Hopefully in the future I will meet Kathi. My best regards goes out to Kathi and family

My beloved colleague as judge, twenty five years after Bill was my crim law professor. An honest man. I admired him greatly. He stunned me by asking me to say what schizophrenia is in crim law class, citing my resume as having been a mental hospital worker.
