Dear Sharon, Pat, Wilma and family. I was so sorry to read about Lee. He was such a wonderful man. I remember when he was a State Trooper, and thinking he was the best looking man I have ever seen. Years later, when I would see him at the Towanda Country Club, he always had a smile and a friendly hello. He will be missed by all. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family during this very difficult time.

Dear Sharon, Wilma and family. We were so sorry to read of Lee's death (just now viva the Daily Review) Please except our deepest sympathies and trust that he is with our Savior now as we will be someday. What a marvelous reunion when he got to see his mom and dad.I would like to share one of my favorite verses with you from ( Isa.57: 1&2 )The righteous perish, and no one understands that the righteous are taken away to be spared from evil. Those who walk uprightly enter into peace, they find rest as they lie in death.

Sharon, my mother Pat, Marilyn and Wilma, your baby brother has passed. Who would have thought? My heart aches for you. Susie, Craig, my sincere condolences. What a phenomonal husband, father, brother, uncle and friend. Shocked is the word to describe the terrible news of my uncles passing. I remember him as a sweet, friendly caring man with a very strong presence. I have special thoughts of Lee's attendance at our wedding, many years ago. I wish I would have seen him more often.

Dear Susie,

I enjoyed knowing Lee, you and Craig for many years. I will always remember the evenings that Lee, Craig and I played golf at the Towanda Country Club. My best memory will be the time Lee and I played in the turkey tournament; the year it snowed on us. Our other two team members did not show up, but Lee and I played anyhow. There was snow covering the ground by the time we finished.

My prayers are with you. Keep the faith.

Susie, I'm so sorry to hear of Lee's death. Even though he was a classmate of my sister's St Agnes was small enough that I got to know him too. Mom would keep me up to date on happeningsin Towanda so I have heard about him from time to time. Beth Borresen nee Mikus (Apple Valley, MN)

Lee the baseball & basketball player, the soldier boy who returned a man.
Lee the state policeman. Lee, the boy next door who played hide and seek with the neighborhood gang. The telephone pole with the street light in front of Canfield's was goal. Lee playing ball in the vacant lot next to Goodman's. They hated it when the ball went into their yard. Lee the bus driver. Lee aways the good guy. Rest in peace.

Susie, Craig and Carmina:
We were shocked to learn of Lee's passing. He was our granddaughter's sub bus driver and she sure liked the guy.
I knew you two from high school, as you were a grade ahead of me. Our oldest son Bobby was friends with Craig in school.
One nevers know so I guess we had better live life to the fullest.

I hope all is okay with you, Susie. Craig will have to take over and take care of you now. He can do it, I'm sure.

Please accept our sincerest sympathy. Hang in there!
