William Eugene "Teddy" Testerman William Eugene "Teddy" Testerman, 52, passed away Monday, September 9, 2013, at his home in Chilhowie. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Lee Testerman. Survivors include his mother, Betty Louise Testerman of Chilhowie; two daughters, Trista Kay Sumner and Tosha Rene Nye; one son, William Eugene "Billy" Testerman; one grandson and two granddaughters, all of South Carolina; two sisters, Theresa Tolbert of Blountville, Tenn., and Cheryl Price of Rural Retreat; three brothers, Charles Edward "Wiley" Testerman, Stanley Richard Testerman, and Joey David Testerman, all of Chilhowie; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted 3 p.m. Saturday, October 5, 2013,at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery, Chilhowie, with the Rev. Dennis Eller officiating.
